Constructed from cold finished carbon steel to allow for tight dimensional accuracy, this component featured an outside diameter of 1.63" and a depth of 0.67". Our precision turning machinery enabled us to achieve very tight +0.005"/-0.000" tolerances to ensure the straight edges were completely parallel and no misalignments would occur. After deburring, we applied a yellow dichromate plating to provide long-lasting protection against corrosion.
